• Encapsulation in Fabric Pouch:
Insert the tag into a prefabricated textile pouch, then securely stitch the entire assembly to the inner layer or corner of the fabric using industrial sewing equipment. Ensure pressure is avoided on the chip and antenna areas during stitching.
• Double hole sewing: Use industrial sewing equipment to sew the entire fabric to the inner layer or corners, taking care to avoid stress on the chip and antenna areas.
Environmental Resilience
● Withstands industrial wash cycles up to 110°C
● Endures brief thermal shocks at 180°C (2 min) during steam sterilization
