The UHF RFID Laundry Tag is a flexible ultra-high-frequency solution combining soft texture with industrial-grade durability.
Designed for harsh washing environments, this tag delivers exceptional pressure resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and chemical stability – custom-engineered for linen management, workwear rental, medical, military, and police applications.
Features & Applications
This UHF RFID Laundry Tag complies with EPC Gen2/ISO 18000-6C standards, offering long-range readability (≈9m fixed readers / ≈5m handheld). It stores washing history, item identification, and other critical data to enable intelligent asset tracking across scenarios including:
● End-to-end industrial laundry & linen logistics
● Automated textile inventory (bedding, towels, uniforms) for hotels/hospitals/dry cleaners
● Sterilization tracking for workwear in factories/ firefighting/ police/military units
● Asset identification during facility access, high-pressure drying (>60 bar), and disinfection
● Precision operations: auto-sorting, inventory checks, loss alerts, system integration
● Compliance tracing and anti-theft control

Installation
• Sewing & Pouch:
Stitch tags into garment hems/label pockets (manual/machine). Avoid antenna/chip areas.
• Heat-Sealing:
▼ Apply industrial heat press at 200–215 °C with 0.5 MPa pressure for 12–18s.
▼ Engineered to withstand 180–210 °C ironing (10–60s) and high-pressure drying (60 bar), this UHF RFID Laundry Tag maintains optimal performance through extreme industrial laundry cycles.
